Pope John Paul II State School of Higher Education in Biała Podlaska is looking for a business partner to perform tests of the application for automatic recognition and classification of diatoms.
We offer access to the application for automatic recognition and classification of diatoms. The program was developed by the scholars at Pope John Paul II State School of Higher Education in Biała Podlaska based on the Matlab development environment.
The Deep Learning & Neural Networks in Matlab methods, original algorithms based on geometric and arithmetic transformations of raster images, image class analysis, colour notation, conversion between different colour modes, histogram and its transformations were applied. The image analysis in the application facilitates working on numerical or symbolic data, which provides great opportunities of data manipulation.
The application was designed and developed within the Innovation Incubator 2.0 project under the non-competition project “Support for research management and commercialisation of R&D results in research units and enterprises”, Measure 4.4 of the Smart Growth Operational Programme 2014-2020.
We are looking for a business partner with whom we can carry out tests before launching the aforementioned product on the market.
